How to make
Cut chicken into pieces and marinade it for an hour in soya sauce and wine. If using dried Chinese mushrooms, soak them in water for half an hour. Then, cut the 2 types of mushrooms into pieces. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
Heat oil in a deep pan and braise the chopped garlic, ginger and sesame seeds briefly. Then add the chopped green onions, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and cabbage. Fry everything and stir constantly for about 3 minutes, then remove from the fire.
In a separate dish, heat oil once more and fry the chicken pieces while stirring. Once they change color, add the alcohol and soya sauce. Pour in the broth and add the starch dissolved in a little water. Stir the sauce to thicken it.
Put the Chinese chicken on a plate in a bed of vegetables and top with the sauce.
