  • green beans - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • leeks - 1 bunch
  • carrots - 1 - 2
  • peppers - 1 red + 1 green
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • soya sauce - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • sauce - 2 - 3 drops, hot, or "tabasco"
  • sesame seeds - 1 tbsp

How to make

Cut the vegetables into long thin strips. In a deep pan, put a little oil, braise the carrots first for 1 min, then the leeks, peppers, put in the soya sauce and a little more oil.
