How to make
Cut the vegetables into long sticks. First sauté the carrots in oil, then the peppers and onion. Add the meat, cut into bite sized pieces.
After 10 minutes, add the corn and peas, then the tomato juice. Add all the spices and simmer till thickened. Finally, season with soya sauce, which is very salty, so there's no need for any salt.
Do not heat the soya sauce. Mix the sauce with the boiled macaroni. When serving, you can grate cheese on top.
