How to make
Shred the chicken fillet into small pieces. Cook the pasta, drain and mix it with 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g) butter. Pour half of it in the pan, spread with butter, then cover with chicken and finish with the remaining macaroni.
Combine parmesan cheese with half the cream and season it with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle the gretin with the mixture and top with the remaining parmesan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 390°F (200 °C).
