How to make
Start with the bechamel sauce and mix 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g) of melted butter with flour. Stir, add the milk. Compress on the stove, sprinkle with the grated cheese, pour the cream on, season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg. Remove from the heat.
Boil the pasta, add and mix 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g) of butter, béchamel sauce, chopped ham and grated feta cheese. Pour into greased casseroles, or a fire proof dish and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 460°F (240 °C) oven.
Serve immediately and enjoy the taste!
