How to make
Roast and peel two medium sized peppers. Peel them and cut them into small pieces.
Heat a cup of olive oil in a pan. Briefly fry a finely chopped clove of garlic with a pinch of parsley.
Add the diced ham and continue frying for 3-4 minutes. Add the chopped peppers, gorgonzola and pour the milk.
Boil the pasta sauce for about 7-8 minutes. Season with a pinch of black pepper.
In a pot of boiling salted water, pour the trofie pasta. You can use another one according to your taste.
Cook the pasta, as directed on the package. Strain the cooked pasta and immediately transfer it into the warm sauce.
Place the pot back onto the stove, stir and leave it for 2-3 minutes over the heat and shake it from time to time.
Distribute the Pasta Trofie with Roasted Peppers, Ham and Gorgonzola into plates and serve it immediately.
