How to make
Cut the ham and peppers into small pieces. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, the crushed cumin and finely chopped onion. In an oblong cake form, put baking paper.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp (10 g) butter, add 1/3 of the eggs and stir until the mixture thickens slightly. Pour it into the cake form and repeat this procedure to make 2 more such parts. Between each of the layers, distribute the peppers and ham.
Put the terrine to bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven for 20 minutes. Optionally, before removing it from the oven, sprinkle it with a little grated cheese and bake until golden.
