In a food processor, crumble the bread into crumbs with the cheese, which you have grated in advance. Place them on a broad platter and season them with salt.
Beat the egg and roll the steaks in it, then press them into the crumbs and cheese. Roll well on both sides. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the meat on each side.
Serve with vegetables of your choice.
