How to make
Knead the minced meat with the salt, black pepper, coriander and cloves to taste. Roll small balls and put them to fry in preheated oil in a pan.
Cut the vegetables; pre-salt and drain the eggplant from its bitterness. Add chopped onions to the fried meatballs, then 1-2 minutes later, add the peppers, beans and 2 minutes later, the zucchini and eggplant with the corn.
Top it with soya sauce, stir well and add the starch dissolved in a little water. Stir until the sauce thickens. Salt to taste and serve.
