Ingredients

  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • coriander - freshly chopped, to taste
  • cloves - chopped, to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • green beans - 1 - 2 handfuls, cleaned
  • corn - 2 tablespoons
  • zucchini - 1 small
  • eggplants - 1 small
  • peppers - 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow
  • onions - 1 head
  • soya sauce - 5 tablespoons, light
  • starch - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Knead the minced meat with the salt, black pepper, coriander and cloves to taste. Roll small balls and put them to fry in preheated oil in a pan.

Cut the vegetables; pre-salt and drain the eggplant from its bitterness. Add chopped onions to the fried meatballs, then 1-2 minutes later, add the peppers, beans and 2 minutes later, the zucchini and eggplant with the corn.

Top it with soya sauce, stir well and add the starch dissolved in a little water. Stir until the sauce thickens. Salt to taste and serve.
