How to make
Knead the minced meat well with all the spices, form small balls with a diameter of about 0.8″ (2 cm), roll them gently in starch and fry them on all sides in hot oil.
Arrange the meatballs on top of cabbage leaves on a plate. Serve them with soya sauce, or a mixture of cayenne pepper and salt. Before eating them, soak them in the sauce or a mixture of pepper and salt.
This dish can be served either as an appetizer or as a side to wine or with rice and green salad as a main dish.
