How to make
Knead the mince with the finely chopped onions. Add the eggs, salt, cayenne pepper and the bread that's been soaked in water and drained ahead of time.
Form meatballs and braise them in some of the oil. Heat the rest of the oil with the butter and braise the flour in it.
To the flour, pour on the tomato paste that's been diluted with a little water and add the finely chopped chili peppers. Add the meatballs and saute the dish for 10 min. on low heat.
