How to make
Finely chop the garlic and dice the zucchini.
Put them in a pot with heated olive oil, pour 1/2 cup of warm water.
Cover the pot and stew the products for 5-6 minutes on moderate heat. Wash the rice and add it to the pot.
Pour about 1 4/5 cups (450 ml) of warm water.
Season with salt and drop in a few black pepper grains.
Cover the pot. Stew the dish, until it remains in fat.
Serve the stewed rice with zucchini sprinkled with finely chopped fresh dill.
Enjoy!
Note: 2-3 minutes before removing the vegan zucchini with rice in a pot from the heat, you can sprinkle it with grated parmesan!
