In the oil, fry the finely chopped zucchini, finely chopped onions and mushrooms. Add the washed rice. 1-2 minutes later, add salt, pepper.
Add 3 cups of water and the all purpose sauce. Boil until the rice becomes tender. 10 minutes before removing the dish from the heat, add the finely chopped dill, grated tomatoes and boil till done.
This is a wonderful meatless dish for Easter!
