How to make
The onion and carrot are cut into small cubes and the garlic is finely chopped.
Fry the chopped vegetables in heated oil until the onion starts to become transparent.
The washed and strained rice is added to them and it is also lightly fried.
Pour the tomatoes and 1 cup of water.
Add the spices and parsley, mix and cover.
After it boils, it is left on low heat, by stirring from time to time, so that it does not stick.
When the rice with tomatoes is already cooked, it should have absorbed all the liquid, but if it hasn't, it can be left on the stove uncovered for a few minutes to evaporate the remaining liquid.
Finally, before serving, the lean rice with tomatoes in a pot is sprinkled with chopped parsley.
