How to make

Wash the rice and strain it.

Fry the chopped leeks or onions and garlic.

Add the rice, stir it until it is also fried and pour the finely chopped tomatoes into the pot.

Add 3 cups of hot water and cook the rice until it absorbs the liquid. Finally, season it with spices to your liking.

Put the lid on the pot and stew the rice for 20 minutes before serving it.
