How to make
Cut the silver carp into equal sized pieces with a width of about 2-2.5 cm.
Put the flour and salt in a bowl, by mixing well.
Roll each strip in fine corn flour.
In another bowl, beat the two eggs, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Dip the pieces of fish in the eggs, then roll them in the breadcrumbs, in which there is a pinch of rosemary.
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets, until they aquire a nice color.
Put the fried breaded fish onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat and then serve the corn breaded fish fillets.
