  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g) feta
  • roasted peppers - 4 pcs. (from a tin)
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • quinoa - 1 cup
  • Dressing
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  • soy sauce - a few drops

How to make

Wash the spinach well and cut it into a suitable container. Chop the white cheese, roasted pepper and tomatoes and add them to the spinach.

Boil the eggs, until they are hard-boiled, cut them and add them to the salad.

The quinoa is washed very well before it is put to boil, so that it does not become bitter.

Pour about 2 cups of water, the cup of glass of quinoa and a pinch of salt to boil in a pot for about 10-15 minutes. And when it's ready, strain it and let it cool and add it to the salad.
