  • tuna - 7 oz (200 g) (canned or fresh, baked)
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • bean sprouts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • green peppers - 1 pc.
  • hot peppers - 2 pcs.
  • coconut shavings - 2 tbsp.
  • ginger - 1 pinch (powder)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 5 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

Mix the sliced (into strips) ​​spinach, sprouts and sliced ​​(into circles) onion and pepper.

Finely chop the hot peppers and garlic and fry them in olive oil. Sprinkle them with ginger and coconut shavings.

Add sugar, salt, water and vinegar and leave them to boil for 2 minutes.

Once the dressing cools, pour it over the salad, sprinkle it with tuna flakes and tomatoes (cut in half) and mix it before serving.
