  • wild garlic - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley - 1 tsp.
  • baby spinach - 2 tbsp.
  • chives - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • octopus - 5.3 oz (150 g) boiled

How to make

Cut the chives, spinach, parsley, wild garlic and mix them with olive oil and lemon juice.

Cut the octopus into pieces.

Mix them with the other salad products.

Serve the octopus green salad with a suitable drink.
