How to make
Put the spinach in a salad bowl. Peel and slice the avocado. Cut it into crescents.
Arrange it on a plate. Pour the tuna and its fat in the middle of the salad.
Cut the tomatoes in half. Add them to the plate as well.
Season the vegetable salad with salt, olive oil, if necessary (for me the tuna fat is enough) and balsamic vinegar cream.
The avocado and spinach salad is ready.
