How to make
Boil the eggs first.
Crush the garlic clove with a little salt in a bowl.
The boiled eggs are peeled and finely chopped. An avocado is added to them and mashed with a fork together with the eggs.
The mayonnaise is mixed with mustard and the finely chopped dill.
Stir the egg salad and season with a little ground black pepper and, if necessary, more salt.
Serve the avocado egg salad chilled.
