How to make
The eggs are separated into yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites, until a white mixture is obtained.
The yolks are beaten and the liquid ingredients - water, oil - are added to them.
Carefully add the egg whites and mix by hand, while making sure to keep them fluffy.
Finally, add the dry ingredients - almond flour and psyllium, along with the baking powder. Season with 1/2 tsp. of salt.
Line a cake mold with baking paper and pour the keto bread mixture in it.
Bake at 360°F (180°C), until the keto bread with psyllium aquires a golden brown color.
