"Prepare a healthy keto bread with almond flour and enjoy it"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 whole + 1 egg white
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sea salt - 1 - 2 pinches
  • yogurt - 1 cup (200 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • almond flour - 1 cup (150 g)
  • flaxseed - 1 tbsp. with a tip (ground)
  • seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

In a bowl, beat the three whole eggs and one remaining egg white with sea salt - 2 large pinches. Add oil and beat again.

Add the baking powder to the yoghurt and beat until a foamy mixture is obtained and at the end add a pinch of baking soda.

The foamy mixture is added to the eggs, by adding the almond flour and ground flax seeds at the end.

A mixture similar to a cake batter is obtained, but it depends on the size of the eggs.

In a small rectangular baking pan on baking paper pour the mixture, sprinkle it with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) with a fan for up to 25-30 minutes or until it is fully baked.

Turn off the oven and leave it for 5-10 minutes with the oven door open.

Take it out and cut it into slices. Now you have a soft, tasty and healthy keto bread.
