How to make
Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the egg, sugar, vanilla, Baileys, butter and dry yeast. Stir well.
Pour the flour on the kitchen counter and make a well. Pour the liquid inside and knead a soft dough.
Place the dough in an greased bowl and wrap it with a cotton towel. Leave in a warm place, until it doubles in volume.
Knead the finished dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Grease it with butter. Sprinkle it with sugar, cinnamon, raisins and croquant. Roll it up into a loose roll.
Cut it into slices, which are one or two fingers thick. Arrange them in a baking tray lined with baking paper at a distance. Leave the cinnamon rolls to rise for half an hour. Bake at 360°F (180°C), until they're done.
Serve the prepared cinnamon rolls by pouring powdered sugar and a little water over them.
A not very thick paste should be obtained, which you can use to spread the American Cinnamon Rolls with.
