How to make
Roll out the puff pastry. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon evenly. Roll it up into a loose roll.
Cut into finger-thick circles. Arrange them spaced apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake until done. Take them out and leave them to cool completely.
Make the glaze for the cinnamon rolls by putting all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir with wire whisk.
Drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon rolls and leave them to absorb it well.
