How to make
Roll out the puff pastry. Spread it with the butter, sugar and cinnamon mixture. Close it in half.
Cut it into 3 cm thick strips. Cut each strip into two more, by not cutting all the way to the end of the strip at one end. Twist both ends and shape them into roses.
Arrange the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with egg yolk, a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of milk.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake the Swedish Cinnamon Rolls in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until done.
