  • oats - 2.8 oz (80 g) or ready - made oatmeal
  • eggs - 2
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • baking powder - 1/2 tbsp (5 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • butter - for spreading
  • jam - optional (or chocolate, cheese, honey, etc.)

The oats are ground into fine flour or oatmeal is used.
