How to make
The oats are ground into fine flour or oatmeal is used.
Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar. Add the cinnamon, yogurt and oats with the baking powder.
Beat again with a wire whisk until you have a smooth pancake batter.
Grease a small non-stick pan and pour the mixture, form a small pancake (about 11-12 cm in diameter).
Bake on moderate heat until golden on both sides and after removing, brush liberally with butter.
Repeat this until the pancake batter is complete.
If the pancake batter is too thick, add very little water to thin it out. The oats absorb the liquids and the particles swell slightly, making the dough a little thicker when it sits for more than 10 minutes.
These american-style pancakes become fluffy and very tasty. Serve them with your favorite jam, chocolate, honey and walnuts or feta cheese.
