How to make
Melt the butter in a deep frying pan, add the pumpkin and leave it to stew. Pour the milk.
When it boils, reduce the heat and stew it for about 10 minutes or until the pumpkin softens.
Season it with salt, nutmeg and curry.
Puree the pumpkin and cool it.
The pumpkin puree can be a great side dish.
