Ingredients

  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • pumpkin - 12 oz (350 g) peeled and cut into small cubes
  • milk - 2 tsp (10 ml)
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • nutmeg - 3 pinches
  • curry - 2 - 3 pinches

How to cook

Melt the butter in a deep frying pan, add the pumpkin and leave it to stew. Pour the milk.

When it boils, reduce the heat and stew it for about 10 minutes or until the pumpkin softens.
