How to make
Put 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 6 tablespoons of sour cream in a bowl.
Add two or three finely chopped pickles and a quarter bunch of chopped fresh parsley.
Add two pressed garlic cloves and stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Season with as much salt and black pepper as you like, cover with cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
If desired, you can add 1/2 tbsp. of mustard, finely chopped spring onion leaves and capers.
The meat sauce is ideal for all kinds of roasted and breaded meat, chicken, fish and seafood.
