How to make
Portion the chicken. You can only use the upper and lower legs. Mix together yogurt, pressed garlic, oil, vinegar and all spices.
Soak chicken in the marinade and put it to rest overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven and spread the chicken pieces in a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for about 30 minutes at 390°F (200 °C).
