Ingredients

  • pizza dough - 0.9 lb (400 g) ready - made or homemade
  • chorizo - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • tomato paste - 5 tbsp.
  • basil
  • hot paprika
  • olive oil

How to make

First, defrost the pizza dough (overnight in the refrigerator and then at room temperature).

Then place it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Spread it on top with tomato paste.

Aarrange the sliced chorizo and then cover the chorizo with the sliced mozzarella.

Sprinkle the pizza with basil, a little hot paprika and olive oil.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C), until it's fully baked.

Cut it into pieces and serve hot!
