"A quick, easy and dietary pizza with less dough."

Ingredients

  • tortilla - 1 pc.
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • ham - 6 slices
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • gouda - 4 slices
  • olives - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • dry oregano - 1/4 tsp.
  • dry basil - 1/4 tsp.

How to make

Place one tortilla in a lightly greased baking pan. Spread a thin layer of tomato puree and arrange the slices of ham or other sausage in a circle.

Cut the tomato into pieces and spread them over the ham. Next up is the chopped Gouda cheese.

The pizza is flavored with dried oregano and basil. Drizzle a little olive oil on top and place it in an oven heated to 390°F (200°C).

Bake for about ten minutes or until desired browning. Garnish with fresh basil leaves when serving.

The tortilla pizza is dietary pizza because the amount of dough is less, but the wonderful taste of pizza is preserved.
