How to cook
Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Pour a lot of olive oil into the pan.
Arrange the potatoes and place the finely chopped onion and green pepper between them.
Season everything with salt and black pepper and fry the food for 15 minutes on very low heat. Then pour out the excess olive oil and place the food back onto the stove.
Pour the beaten eggs over it. Bake until it starts to dry up on top.
Then cover the pan with a large plate and turn it over.
Place it back into the pan to bake the spanish tortilla on the other side.
