How to make
Grate the zucchini on a wider side of a grater. Himalayan salt, black pepper, dill, egg whites and crumbled white cheese are added to it.
The mixture is mixed well and placed in a greased teflon pan.
When it cooks well on one side, turn the tortilla over with the help of a plate so that it is baked on the other side as well.
Consume when it slightly cools with yogurt or garlic sauce.
