Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • shrimp - 7 oz (200 g) cleaned
  • zucchini - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • black pepper
  • saffron
  • broth - 1 cube

How to make

Grate the zucchini coarsely and squeeze out the juice. Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter until golden. Add half of the grated zucchini and sauté for another 2-3 minutes and then take it off from the heat.

Whisk the eggs with the other half of the grated zucchini. Add the fried mixture to them. Crumble the broth cube. Season with ground black pepper, a pinch of saffron and pour it into a hot pan with a little oil. Arrange the cleaned shrimp on top.

Continue to cook on medium heat, put a lid on the dish. Cook until fully ready.
