  • yogurt - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • flour - 12 oz (340 g)
  • cocoa - 0.6 oz (16 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • sugar - 10 oz (280 g)
  • oil - 10 fl oz (300 ml)
  • red paint
  • For the cream
  • powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • cream cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • confectionery cream - 10 fl oz (300 ml)

How to make

All the ingredients for the cake layer are mixed and divided into two parts, bake it for about 40 minutes onto baking paper.

I mixed the powdered sugar, the butter and the cream cheese in a bowl for the cream.

I whipped the confectionery cream and then mixed the two creams in another bowl.

The best mold for this Red Velvet is 70°F (20 cm) in diameter, mine was a little bigger, but it turned out great anyway
