How to make
In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients, excluding the sugar. In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar. Add the eggs, oil and melted butter. Next, add the dry mixture and red dye, dissolved in the milk.
Knead a soft and smooth dough. Leave it for at least 1-2 hours in the fridge. Form balls from it, roll them in powdered sugar and arrange in a tray laid out with baking paper.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 8 min. (don't bake too long).
