  • biscuits - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • milk - 3 1/3 cups (800 ml)
  • semolina - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • coconut - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • vanilla pudding - 1.4 oz (40 g) dr. Oetker
  • butter - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • sugar - 5 tbsp.
  • coconut shavings - for sprinkling

How to make

A cake ring is placed in a suitable plate for serving the cake. In it, the milk and honey flavored biscuits are arranged in one layer and the remaining biscuits are broken into small pieces and we fill the empty spaces between the biscuits.

To prepare the cream, put 3 cups (700 ml) of milk in a suitable pot, add the sugar and put the milk on the stove to boil.

Dissolve the pudding in the rest of the milk /100 ml/ and pour it into the boiling milk, stir vigorously and pour the semolina, stir again and pour in the coconut shavings. Remove it from the heat and then add the butter.

Stir until the butter is completely melted and a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If there are lumps in the cream, blend with a blender until completely smooth.

Wait for the cream to cool for 5-10 minutes, stirring so it doesn't form a crust, then pour the cream over the stacked biscuits. Sprinkle coconut shaving generously on top.

Place the coconut cake in the refrigerator overnight to set. Before serving, carefully remove the ring, cut the cake and serve it.

The easy biscuit, semolina and coconut cake is ready.
