How to make
Wash the potatoes very well and boil them, until they slightly soften. Peel them and once they have cooled down, slice them.
The cleaned mushrooms are also cut into slices.
Heat the butter in a pan and stew the mushrooms. Take them out and add the potatoes inside. Fry them, until they aquire a golden color.
Finally, add the mushrooms to the sauteed potatoes. Season with the spice and salt. Stir.
Sprinkle them with parsley and serve them warm.
The sauteed potatoes with field mushrooms are ready.
