Ingredients

  • basil - 1 small bunch without stems
  • parsley - 1 small bunch without stems
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • hazelnuts - 1.7 oz (50 g) roasted and crushed
  • parmesan - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • olive oil - 10 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

In a blender add the basil, parsley and garlic cloves. If desired, you can use a liquidizer.

Add the roasted hazelnuts, parmesan and 2 tbsp. of olive oil to the green spices, as well as salt and black pepper.

Add the remaining olive oil in a thin stream and blend the pesto, until it is ready.
