How to make
In a blender add the basil, parsley and garlic cloves. If desired, you can use a liquidizer.
Add the roasted hazelnuts, parmesan and 2 tbsp. of olive oil to the green spices, as well as salt and black pepper.
Add the remaining olive oil in a thin stream and blend the pesto, until it is ready.
The basil and parsley pesto is very successful - try it!
