How to make
Heat olive oil and start adding the vegetables, by starting with the onions, followed by the peppers, mushrooms and potatoes - all chopped.
Stew briefly and add the jasmine rice, fry lightly and pour enough water to cover the products.
Season with spices according to your taste and add the pressed garlic, boil the vegetable stew, until the potatoes and rice are fully cooked.
If you like a more liquid stew, add more water, so that it will have more sauce :)
It goes well with kefir and no-knead bread.
