How to make
Boil the beans, until they soften and strain them. Boil the carrot. Finely chop the carrot, pepper and onions. Crush the garlic.
Mash the beans, add the vegetables, flour and beat the eggs.
Season with salt, black pepper and finely chopped parsley. Stir, until a bean dough is obtained.
Heat some fat for frying.
Shape the vegetable patties with wet hands and fry them, until they are fried on all sides.
Serve them with a suitable salad.
The spicy bean patties are ready.
