Ingredients

  • beans - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 2 medium - sized onions
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 5 - 6 stalks
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 5 tbsp.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - by taste
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Clean the beans, wash them well, pour them into a pot. Pour cold water over them, put them on the stove and 10 minutes after they boils, discard the water, pour fresh water over it again, boil it on a low heat, until it becomes very soft and pour it into a colander to strain the water.

Mash the beans with a fork, add the flour, eggs, finely chopped onion and crushed garlic, season with salt, paprika, black pepper and mix everything well.

Form 12 bean patties from the resulting mixture with wet hands, which you need to fry on both sides, until they aquire a golden brown color in the heated oil.

Arrange 3 bean patties per serving, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and garnished with a fresh salad.
