How to make
Cut the fruit in half and carve out the inside with a spoon or any tool. Separate the white skins, so that only the grains remain.
Place them in a blender or food processor and grind them on medium speed for about a minute. They shouldn't be blended too well.
Strain them through a very fine sieve and dilute the resulting liquid with water. If your juice is very sweet and concentrated, you can add more water. In case you like it sweeter, add powdered sugar and blend well.
Serve the prepared fresh juice immediately or store it in the refrigerator in a tightly closed glass bottle.
