How to make
Remove the pomegranate seeds and place them into a bowl. In another bowl, separate the orange pieces.
Cut the lemon into slices. Put the pomegranate seeds, lemon slices, fresh rosemary stalks and orange slices into a jug.
Pour 50 ml of vermouth into the jug, add a stalk of celery and pour white wine on top.
At the end, add pomegranate residue on the edge of the jug.
