Ingredients

  • pomegranates - juice of 7 - 8 pomegranates or about 1.2 litres
  • honey - about 1 tsp.
  • lemons - 1/2 juice

How to make

Mix everything and put on high heat until it boils. Reduce the heat so that the mixture boils slightly and reduce for about an hour and 10-15 minutes.

Depending on the desired density, continue to reduce or stop earlier.

I got a density of liquid honey.
