How to make
Clean the pomegranates, removing only the seeds. Mix them in a pressure cooker with the cinnamon and 1 cup of water. Put it on the stove to boil, after the fuse blows a few times, remove the pot from the heat.
Once it has cooled, open and rub everything through a strainer to remove the small seeds from the pomegranate seeds. Pour the fruit mixture into a wide container and put it on the stove along with the sugar.
Stir occasionally and when it starts to thicken, add the lemon juice. Now you need to stir constantly with slow movements and boil the jam, until it acquires the standard thickness.
To check if the pomegranate jam is ready, put a drop of it on a porcelain plate - if it isn't runny, it's ready. Pour the jam into warmed jars and close them tightly.
