How to make
Cut the well washed orange and lemon in very thin pieces. Peel the apple and remove the seeds. Cut it in thin pieces.
Mix the fruits with the sugar, cinnamon and cloves in a large pot, add the red wine and brandy, stir until the sugar dissolves. Add more sugar if necessary.
Leave the jar in the fridge for about an hour. Serve over ice in a chilled glass. If you want an alcohol-free sangria, replace the wine and brandy with nonalcoholic wine.
